1.Intelligent temperature control system

  • Equipped with multi-zone independent temperature control modules, the temperature adjustment range covers -2℃ to 15℃, with an accuracy of ±0.5℃. The temperature and humidity, oxygen/carbon dioxide concentration in the compartment are monitored in real time through the IoT sensor, and the ventilation device is automatically linked to maintain the best breathing environment for fruits and vegetables. For example, when transporting leafy vegetables, a high humidity (90%-95%) and low oxygen (3%-5%) environment can be set to delay aging and deterioration.

2.Controlled atmosphere preservation technology (CA Storage)

  • Optional nitrogen generator and ethylene absorption filter can be used to inhibit the respiration of fruits and vegetables by adjusting the gas composition. Test data show that this technology can extend the shelf life of strawberries by 3-5 days, accurately control the ripening time of bananas, and reduce the loss rate by more than 40%.

3.Antibacterial and mildew-proof inner wall

  • The inner layer of the compartment adopts nano-silver ion coating, combined with UV ultraviolet sterilization lamp for timed cycle disinfection, which effectively inhibits the growth of mold and meets the health quarantine standards for exported fruits and vegetables.

4.Rapid pre-cooling channel

  • The bottom is integrated with liquid nitrogen rapid pre-cooling device, which can reduce the compartment temperature from 30℃ to 5℃ within 30 minutes, quickly crossing the “thermal damage critical point” of fruits and vegetables, especially suitable for cross-border transportation of tropical fruits.

Internal equipment

  • Environmental monitoring terminal: The 7-inch touch screen integrates temperature, humidity, gas concentration, and vibration monitoring data, and supports remote viewing and abnormal alarms on mobile phone APP.
  • Electric hydraulic tail plate: With a load capacity of 2 tons, one-button operation can achieve rapid loading and unloading, reducing manual handling damage.
  • Emergency power supply system: Equipped with dual-mode power supply (mains power + solar energy) to ensure that the temperature control system continues to operate for more than 8 hours in the event of a power outage.
